STP Lodgment

1. Login to your GovReports account



2. From the menubar on the left, click on My Lodgments-> Saved Reports



3. The "Saved Report" screen usually shows a number of reports in draft or valid status. Tick valid status report for lodgment.



4. It is a good practice to validate the report before lodging. To know how to validate a report check out video "Generate STP reports".



5. Click on "Lodge Selected" button for lodgment. Confirm the lodgment by clicking "OK" on the pop-up.





6. You can see the message on the top which says the lodgment request is in queue.

7. Please note that the lodgment to ATO will take some time, until when the lodgment request will be in the queue

8. Now, to check whether the report has been lodged, click on My Lodgments-> History from the left menu bar



9. Once the report gets lodged, you can get a receipt of your lodgment under My Lodgments->Lodgment History

10. When you click on more, you can see an option called "Receipt". You can click on "Report" in pdf form and can be downloaded or printed.



11. If you want to lodge a report that is in draft status, click on "Open"



12. On the top right corner, select "Edit"



13. Check the reporting info, employee details and make a declaration





14. Select "Lodge"



15. The lodgment request will be in the queue and gets lodged eventually.



16. You can find the receipt under "My Lodgments -> History"
